Easy Banana Cupcakes with Pudding Filling I first made these banana cupcakes for my dad’s 50th birthday party because well my dad likes bananas. I’m a big fan of biscuits and gravy. It’s kind of my favorite thing to order when I go out for breakfast, if it’s on the menu. After my husband came up with amazing sausage gravy recipe, I knew I needed some biscuits to go along with it. While I love traditional biscuits (you know the classic biscuits that are a perfect circle and have all those flaky layers), I really just wanted to be able to make biscuits fast....

I’ve always loved popcorn balls but sometimes the old fashioned ones made with caramel just stick in my teeth, so I end up not wanting to eat more than a bite or two. These marshmallow popcorn balls are a completely different ball game because they use a marshmallow mixture instead of caramel to keep the popcorn together. That’s why they’re called marshmallow popcorn balls – get it? They’re more like a rice krispie treat with the marshmallows creating an ooey gooey texture to the balls while still being super tasty....

I’ll make a confession. I was originally going to make apple pie cinnamon rolls because it’s fall and all, but I really don’t love warm apples all that much.
